How to have your data removed from Desk Genie.
You can ask us to delete your personal data, or data connected to your account, at any time. Here are your options.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which account, number or profile to remove.
Email a deletion requestAccount owners can delete data or an entire workspace from Settings, or disconnect any connected channel, which removes the platform data tied to it.
That business controls your data and we process it on their instructions. Send us the request and we will pass it on and assist, or you can contact the business directly.
Where Meta or Google forwards a data-deletion request that started with you on their platform, we honour it for the data we hold about you.
We verify the request and action it within 30 days, then confirm by email. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
