These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Desk Genie's website and platform. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Desk Genie provides an AI-assisted customer-support platform. We may update, improve or change features over time. Early-access features (such as Genie Voice) may change or be withdrawn.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be authorised to bind your organisation. You're responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes unlawful use, sending prohibited content, attempting to breach security or isolation, or using the platform to spam or harass. You must comply with the terms and policies of any messaging channel you connect.
You retain ownership of the data you bring to the platform. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and any data processing terms.
Paid plans are billed per the pricing you agree to. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. We'll give notice of material pricing changes.
Genie produces suggested drafts and classifications. You are responsible for reviewing and approving customer-facing replies. We don't warrant that AI output is always accurate or suitable, and human oversight is a core part of the product.
We aim for high availability and design the platform to degrade gracefully, but the service is provided “as available”. Specific service levels, if any, are set out in your order or an enterprise agreement.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination you can export your data within a reasonable period.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
